ACTIONS OF ANY KIND, NOR RECEIVE ANY KIND OF COMPENSATION FOR DAMAGES OF ANY
KIND FROM THE COMPANY AS A RESULT OF ANY DECISION OR ACTION BY THE COMPANY IN
THE ADMINISTRATION, HANDLING, OPERATION AND EXECUTION OF THIS EXECUTION. THIS
INDEMNITY APPLIES TO ANY VIOLATION BY THE COMPANY OF THESE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS.
Additionally,
the user / visitor and / or patient accepts, understands and assumes that the
medicines and / or products are marketed according to the support that exists
based on scientific evidence, understanding that in the face of any situation
or unexpected reaction in the body, they must attend a medical center under its

APPLICABLE LAW. These TERMS AND CONDITIONS will be interpreted and executed
exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Colombia and the
United States, without prejudice to the provisions on conflict of laws of any

MODIFICATIONS. No section of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS may be unilaterally
modified, deleted or added by the user of the site.

applied or is invalid, in whole or in part, under any law, or is sentenced as
such by judicial decision, said part will be interpreted in accordance with the

Assistance International and the user. Acceptance of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS
abrogates any prior or contemporary agreement, pact, statement, understanding
and warranties with respect to this website, the content, the information
contained in this site, and the purpose of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS. In the
event of any conflict between these TERMS AND CONDITIONS and any verbal, written
or prior agreement or understanding, these TERMS AND CONDITIONS will prevail.

WAIVER. The non-application of the entity of any of the conditions, terms and

withdrawal or waiver of the right of Assistance International from now on to
enforce or execute said provisions.
